CANCELLATION POLICY
Shri Vasu Enterprises believes in assisting its customers to the greatest extent possible, hence it has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only if the shipment has not been dispatched for the order placed with us via our website i.e. www.svherbals.com (“Website”). It is not possible to cancel a shipment once it has been dispatched. If we suspect a fraudulent transaction or a transaction that violates the Website’s terms and conditions, we may, in our sole discretion, cancel such orders with or without notice to you.
Cancellation before shipment
- If the order or the product that you want has not yet been shipped, you can write to our customer support on info@svherbals.com or call us on 945 699 1333 (Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm for cancelling your order.
- In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 3 – 7 days, after the cancellation request is processed.
- Please keep in mind that once your order has left our warehouse, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
How will I be refunded for the orders that were cancelled, and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 3 – 7 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
- For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 3 – 7 business days from the time we receive the products back from you. It could take another 2-3 days for the funds to appear in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions we shall execute a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 3 – 7 business days from the date of us receiving the products back as well as on receiving your bank details on e-mail. It will take an additional 2-3 days for the funds to appear in your account.
- In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund through Shri Vasu Herbals coupons, which can be used by you for your future purchases.
What if I used a discount voucher or redeemed reward points at the time of purchase and now wish to cancel the order?
- Discount vouchers are only valid for one-time usage and will be treated as utilised even if the order is cancelled. If you used loyalty points to pay for an order, they will be reimbursed back to your account in the case of a cancellation of the said order.
